I am Sean Allen and my company is BlueLine Business Strategies Inc., dba Focalpoint Business Coaching.
My mission is to impact the lives of my clients to help them live a positive, purposeful, and meaningful life through their business and their goals. I get to do this through coaching, training and speaking.
I have 5 children, and an amazing wife living in the beautiful state of Wisconsin. I grew up in the Northwest of the United States. After traveling the world while serving nearly 10 years in United States Navy as a Reconnaissance Corpsman, then as a private sector healthcare manager and respiratory therapist manager in a cardiopulmonary unit; I began to find great personal success and satisfaction as a real estate sales professional in Southern California.
Soon after, I found my passion as a business coach, sales trainer, teacher, and mentor. I began my coaching journey in 2006 first as a client, then as a profession as I was teaching, recruiting and training sales professionals. I found my niche as I grew as a coaching leader. My passion is working with growth minded business and decision-making leaders to help them lead and impact the lives of those that they serve; employees, clients, and families. I have been a lifelong learner and have been exposed to a host of coaching models, philosophies, techniques and strategies. I bring that all to bear in BlueLine Business Strategies, Inc.
As a partner with Focalpoint Coaching & Training, I have the tools, resources, and proven methods for creating lasting change in and for my clients. Having coached over 6000 + hours of 1 on 1 personal coaching in addition to hours of group training, coaching, teaching, and speaking, I am well-positioned as a coaching leader to guide you as a partner towards your goals.
